HSC 7601. The Interrelationships of Pathophysiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology I 

Three textbooks will be used for the course.  Two free on-line texts will be used, and one purchased book.  The purchased book is Goodman and Gilman's “The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics” DIGITAL EDITION (Eleventh edition for the hard book, copyright 2006).  The book includes an on-line subscription which gives access to all the text, and some extras (while logged on to the internet).  Sections of text can be downloaded to a computer or PDA. 

Note to students: If you purchase a used book, the book would have to come with a valid subscription card that has not been used before. 

Information Packets:

Information packets will be sent out on Friday August 15th, 2008.

WebCT Access:

The WebCT site for registered DNAP students will be available on August 15th, 2008.  Instructions for accessing WebCT will be available on the DNAP Web Site.

Class Begins:

The semester will initiate on August 25th, 2008.
