Important Information for 2008

Fall 2008 Tuition is now past due.

Winter Term 2008 is due in full and no later than December 5, 2008

Payment Options for Winter Term 2009 ONLY:

• You may pay in person or by mail directly to the cashier’s office at 1201 Wesleyan Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76105, Attention Cashier’s Office.
• You may call (817) 531-4456 during regular business hours.

Spring 2009 payment is due no later than December 5, 2008.

Spring 2009 Book Vouchers

• January 5th through January 28th, 2009

Spring 2009 Refund Information:

• Beginning Check Release Date for Graduate Students: Wednesday, January 14, 2009
• Beginning Check Release Date for Undergraduate Students: Wednesday, January 21, 2009
• An email will be sent to the student’s Ram Mail account to notify each student when your refund check is available for pick up. 
• Refund checks are available for student pick up for two weeks from the date of issue.  Students must present their student ID card to pick up a refund check.
• When are Refund Checks Mailed?
• Any refund check not picked up after two weeks from the date of issue will be mailed to the address on file.
• If you are a Health Science Nurse Anesthetist student and do not live locally your check will be mailed on the date of issue and to the address on file.
• If you would like to request your refund check to be mailed to you, simply reply to the refund notification email from the cashier’s office OR you may email us directly at cashiersoffice@txwes.edu.  Please provide your student ID number, full name, and your mailing address.
• Someone else may pick up your refund check if you are not able to do so.  Please visit FAQ   “Can I have someone else pick up my refund check?”

Third Party Payment Recipients:

• If you receive tuition reimbursement from any third party payer (such as Texas Tomorrow Fund, DARS, or Veterans benefits) you must contact the cashier’s office each semester for verification. Click for agreement form, click for acknowledgement form. Both forms will need to be completed and returned to the cashier's office.

2008 1098T Tax Statements for Tuition will be mailed on January 31, 2009:
