Event SetUps Facilities Operations offers setup services for meetings and events. Individuals can request a setup for their event or meeting by submitting an online Setup Request form. The link to the form is to the right on this page. The following guidelines are provided for your convenience: Reserving Event Space Reservations for the location of the event or meeting must be made through the proper office. See reservation list (a link to the list is to the right on this page). Setup Resources Click on Setup Resources link to the right to see details about types and amounts of resources Facilities has for event setups. Basic Setups Basic Setups include but not limited to:
Basic Setups require three (3) business days from date of request submittal to date of the event for scheduling. Complex Setups Complex Setups include but not limited to:
Complex Setups require ten (10) business days from date of request submittal to date of the event for scheduling.
