Changes to I-20 Information
Contact Information Change
USCIS requires that current F-1 students must report any local address change within 10 days of the change. Students report the change to the Office of International Programs at Texas Wesleyan University. The International Programs Office also requires notification of any change in contact information, such as phone number and email address, within 10 days. Please send new contact information to mboisvert@txwes.edu.
Degree Program / Major Change
To change degree programs (majors), you must obtain a letter from the advisor of your new program indicating that you have been accepted into that program. Then you must submit the letter and inform the International Programs Office within 10 days. The International Student Adviser will update you in SEVIS and issue you a new I-20 that reflects the change in program. Please send new program change information to mboisvert@txwes.edu.
Visa Type Change
Please contact the International Programs Office to request / report any change of visa status to or from F-1.
