Spring and Summer 2008 Graduation Dates at-a-glance

November 1, 2007:  Deadline to apply for Spring or Summer 2008 graduation

February 4 - 29, 2008:  Graduation Information Packets available in the Office of Student Records; you must sign for your packet and your diploma order.

February 11, 2008: Deadline to submit cap and gown ("regalia") order form to the University Bookstore

March 4 and 5, 2008:  Graduation Rehearsal (please choose one to attend; refer to your information packet for specific times/locations)

March 17 and 18:  Grad Finale, University Bookstore

April 1, 2008:  Deadline to submit walking petitions to the Office of Student Records

April 9, 2008:  Deadline to submit outstanding coursework, paperwork to the Office of Student Records

April 14, 2008:  Graduation ceremony tickets available in the Office of Student Records; you must sign for receipt of tickets

April 22, 2008:  Student Life begins waiting list for unclaimed tickets; call them at 817-531-4872 to be placed on waiting list

May 2, 2008:  Last day to obtain graduation ceremony tickets

May 7, 2008:  Deadline to submit completion letters for courses completed this term at other institutions

June 3, 2008:  Diploma distribution begins

June 30, 2008:  Spring graduates only: last day to submit transferred work and still retain the May 2008 graduation date

September 30, 2008:  Summer graduates only: last day to submit transferred work and still retain the August 2008 graduation date.
