How to submit a request In person:
By mail or fax: Send the completed request form with check or credit card payment to: The Office of Student Records Fax completed request form with debit or credit card information on the form to 817-531-4464. If you choose not to include your debit/credit card information, you must make payment over the phone to Cashier’s Office at 817-531-4456. Processing time Transcripts are either mailed or made available for pick-up 3 to 5 business days following receipt of the request and payment in the Transcript Office. During registration periods and graduation preparation days, processing may take longer. There is a $3 fee per transcript for official academic transcripts that are regularly processed. The fee for same-day processing is $15 (in addition to the cost of the transcript). The fee for UPS Overnight is $16 per address (in addition to the cost of the transcript and the same-day fee). Please note that UPS Overnight is sent out at 3:00 pm daily; therefore, any request submitted after 1 pm will not be mailed until the following business day. Hold policy Texas Wesleyan University reserves the right to deny transcripts or copies of records not required to be made public by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act in any of the following situations:
