The apartment-style residence hall houses approximately 260 students. Students have the choice of living in a four-bedroom, or a two-bed, one-bathroom efficiency.

The four-bedroom floor plan includes a kitchenette and living area. The kitchenette offers a full-size refridgerator, microwave and sink. The living room comes with a love seat, chair, coffee table and end table.

The efficiency comes with a kitchenette and all-purpose room. The kitchenette offers a full-size refridgerator, microwave and sink. the all-purpose room comes with two beds, two desks, two chairs, and two dressers.

The community center provides students with a kitchen and lounge area, restrooms, vending machines and laundry facilities.
