Paying a Ticket

To pay a ticket, go to the Cashier's Office on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building, 1201 Wesleyan Street.  Be sure to have your ticket because payment cannot be accepted unless the ticket is presented to the cashier.  If you misplace the ticket, you will have to go to the Facilities Operations building to get a copy printed.  Without the ticket, there is no way to record the payment in the parking citations database and a hold could be mistakenly put on your account.

Payment can also be mailed using the ticket envelope.  Personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks only.  Do not mail cash.  The cashier's office also accepts credit/debit card payments over the telephone.  Call 817-531-4407.
